About Us

High schools have the responsibility to provide their student athletes with correct information regarding NCAA/NAIA eligibility requirements. At the same time, student athletes deserve a reality check on how their high school academics can affect their eligibility to play in college.

Varsity Only was founded to provide counselors, student athletes, and parents with relevant information that will enhance their knowledge about playing sports in college. Our goal is to help high school athletes understand that playing sports in college is a realistic opportunity.

Our team consists of former high school coaches, high school counselors, former and current collegiate athletes, and a network of college compliance officers with over 73 years of experience helping athletes navigate the recruiting and eligibility process.

What We Do

Varsity Only is a sports marketing company that specializes in assisting high school athletes with educational solutions for high school sports. We focus on three major areas: Education, Events, and Products.

EDUCATION

Our goal is to educate counselors, student athletes, and their parents about the different participation options and the academic eligibility requirements to compete in sports at the collegiate level. Through our “LEARN THE GAME” (LTG) program, we focus on educating high school counselors by providing a professional development seminar complete with keynote speakers who specialize in collegiate eligibility and a series of workshops designed to address NCAA and NAIA collegiate athletics.

EVENTS

“STUDENT ATHLETIC NIGHT” is a school-based event designed to educate student athletes and their parents about the choices and lifestyles of collegiate athletes. “PLAY IN COLLEGE” is a small-scale presentation that is entertaining, informative, and engaging for teams.

PRODUCTS

We have partnered with PrepTown to provide an affordable marketing program designed to help athletic departments promote their teams. “TEAM ATHLETIC SCHEDULE POSTERS” (TASP) and “SENIOR CELEBRATION POSTERS” offer high school sports teams an opportunity to participate in a locally sponsored branding initiative.
